 Council Adds a Two Year Tax Incentive for New Residential Lots, Extends $20,000 Price Incentive

August 12, 2015 - La Ronge – The Town of La Ronge Council is extending its offer of a $20,000 price discount on all fully serviced residential lots in Phase 1 of the new Mowery Subdivision to August 31, 2015. In addition to the price incentive, the Town Council has approved a two (2) year tax incentive for the first five lots purchased, on a first-come-first-served basis. Discounted prices start at under $40,000 and the two years of municipal tax abatement begins after construction is complete.  

 

“The timing is right” Mayor Sierzycki stated in a previously released statement, “the building season is approaching quickly and there is a lot of excitement building with respect to development opportunities in La Ronge”. The Town is a growing center for educational excellence and the residential lots are within walking distance to schools and a full service grocery store and deli.
