Public Notice - Application for Discretionary Use

Public notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of La Ronge intends to consider an Application for Development. If approved, the proposed development would allow for the construction of a Single Dwelling Unit at 1103 Poirier Street. As such, the proposed change would be classified as a Discretionary Use in a M2 – Industrial District as stated in the Town of La Ronge Zoning Bylaw No. 425/02, known as the Zoning Bylaw.
The affected land is legally described as Lot 12, Block 29, Plan 76PA24040. A map of the area is available at the Town Office.
The proposal may be reviewed at the La Ronge Town Office at 1212 Hildebrand Drive from Monday to Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. Copies are available at cost.
Council will consider the application on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at 7:15 pm at the Town Office in the Council Chambers at 1212 Hildebrand Drive. For any person or group that wants to comment on the proposed development, and appear before Council, your written requests or submissions are required by 4:00 pm on Friday, September 4, 2015 at the Town Office.
